Wow, I've always heard how beautiful Nova Scotia is, but this proves it. I am a sucker for lighthouses and beach scenes. Really lovely photo. Thanks for the visit and comment at my site today.

I took this shot on my birthday last year. It was gorgeous but freezing. I hopped out of the car for 5 minutes to take pictures. Brr.

Hard to say what is so appealing about lighthouses, but they seem remote and romantic, and they are quite often used symbolically in literature.

My wife and I visited Peggy's Cove 4 years ago. We love lighthouses!

Oh niice. I love lighthouses. I think I may have been a lightkeeper in a former life actually. Guess there's not much of a call for that these days though eh?

I love Peggy's Cove. I was there about a year ago and it was FREEZING, but we had fun. I think I might have to do it again this year...
