A to Z Challenge - K

Day 11 of the 2012 A to Z Blogging Challenge

For this challenge, I'm exploring my

FAVORITE FICTIONAL MALE CHARACTERS

K

is for my latest obsession

Baron Vladimir Korf

from the Russian telenovela Bednaya Nastya

If you're wondering what in the heck is Bednaya Nastya, it's a series set in Imperial Russia which aired on Russian television in 2003-2004, but is still making the rounds of foreign markets and is currently airing in Greece. This makes it impossible to buy the series on DVD -

:-(

But it can be viewed on You Tube thanks to Russian Girl Elena

Fair warning - if you begin watching this show, and you're a female - or maybe even if you're a male - be prepared to lose your mind over Vladimir. You won't even care if much of the You Tube version is without subtitles. Just listening to his gorgeous voice is heaven enough.

Love the look of Baron Korf. Oh yes. He's got looks, a hint of mystery, an inner sorrow and charm. I can see why you like him. ;-)

So dramatic! A good choice for K.

Good luck with the challenge!

I went to The Cat Who books for my J character. I'll return to that series for my K character - Kao Ko-Kung, AKA Koko the Siamese cat who helps Qwil solve mysteries.
