Thursday Thirteen - 117 - 13 Views of My Garden

Welcome to my garden!

Stroll around, savour the sights and scents. Some of these blooms appeared earlier in the season, some are out now.

12 - The Aunt Sheila rose (the one we planted in remembrance of her)

















13 - Common fleabane and heirloom lilies which I bought at the Cole Harbour farm museum plant sale a few years ago.

  2. Wow those are beautiful!!! I especially love the bell flowers. I didn't realize that clematis could grow so far north. I guess it must have lumped it together with bougainvillea in my mind. Gorgeous Garden!

  15. Its looking better than mine. Mine started out great but between the rain pounded the plants to the ground and the STUPID ants eating my marigolds I'm back to square one. ARgh...

  16. I think I've decided that I like big substantial flowers...peonies, rhodies, carnations, roses. These kinds of big blossoms are very appealing.

    I like a few delicate flowers, too. But my preference is for the bigger ones.
