Who doesn't love Batman? Great character, but if you think about it. He is a near psychotic billionaire who beats up on people without concern for the law. In real life we would all hate him! But I wanted to be Batman when I grew up, so maybe that says something about me too.
Batman from the 80s movies disturbed me - too much like comedy for me. However, Batman from Dark Night movies appealed as how could a lone hero be so put together with an enemy like the Joker at large?

I remember watching Batman and Robin cartoons when I was young but the new breed of batmen are so much better.
ReplyDeleteIncidentally, I wrote a post today about the movie, Batman Begins.

I'm not much for Batman.
ReplyDeleteLet's see...for me I would choose Belgarath, from David Eddings Belgariad and Mallorean series.
