These are wildflowers growing out in Eastern Passage along Halifax Harbour, Nova Scotia. I took this shot in late August. There are Queen Anne's Lace, some pale yellow flowers I can't identify but which grow commonly along the coast, Golden Rod and purple Vetch.

Oh wow, what beautiful, beautiful wildflowers. I adore wildflowers. And some of the loveliest ones are the late bloomers. :)

Hi Julia, this is a pretty patach of wildflowers you found. I liked your pictures above too.
They yellow ones are goldenrod. Goldenrod is the state flower of Nebraska. A lot people are alergic to its pollen.
