Last night at the Keshen Goodman Library in Halifax, three women from my writers group spoke at a public panel about the Erotica genre.
This week A Piece of My Mind spotlights these east coast writers who do their part to warm up the nights when the fog rolls in.
Lilly Cain - shown above at a group booksigning at Chapters - writes for Red Sage and Carina Press.
Renee Field - shown at a group networking event at Argyle Fine Art - writes for Ellora's Cave.
Cathryn Fox, shown here at left with Anne MacFarlane at Cathryn's home office - writes for NAL Heat, Harlequin Spice, Kindle ebooks, Samhain Publishing and Ellora's Cave.
Here are twelve tales of erotically-charged romance that blow the bedroom doors off their hinges.
1 - Alien Revealed
2 - The Naked Truth
Releasing in June!
3 - Building Magic
4 - Dark Harmony

The sex is an inherent part of the story, character growth, and relationship development, and couldn’t be removed without damaging the storyline."

Thanks so much Julia for featuring us. We had lots of fun at the panel talking about erotic romance writing. It was fun, educational and a great way to connect with other writers and fans.

Great line, Julia! Describes these books very well!
On anotehr note, when I first looked at Cathryn Fox's office, I saw the doll on the window sill and thought, "Is that a nun?" I began to contemplate this, then realized it was a doll in a grad gown.
It's great to see other authors. :) Thanks.
Heat up a foggy night? Those covers alone are enough to do that. Great post, Julia, and congrats on the incredible productivity, ladies!
My gawd, look at those delicious covers! My TBR just blossomed! Thanks for the excellent T13.
Thanks, Julia. The covers are so beautiful and these authors really deliver. Maybe that's why they all look so happy! Think I have to read more erotic romance:)
I love gay erotica. Please point the way and I will buy some.
Somehow they don't look like Erotica writers - whatever an erotica writer looks like. (Oh oh oh - I just had a theory!!)Somehow I expect a Lucy Loo (sp?) look alike from Charlies Angels teaching class...lol. The covers made me blush.
Those book covers - PHEW!
Smoking hot books by our very own awesome erotica authors! I loved your line about blowing the bedroom door off its hinges. That describes what they do to a tee!
Yay for erotic romance! Especially since I can't write any other kind. *grin*
Thanks for introducing these to me, Julia. :)
Hugs & Happy TT,
